Advance Purchase Rate:  Fully prepaid by 100% non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit

Flexible Purchase Rate:  If you need a more flexible approach to your booking, please add £10 per person per night to the advanced purchase price and the following terms will apply – fully prepaid by 100% deposit, may be cancelled up to 14 days prior to booking and if relet the deposit refunded subject to admin fee, alternatively the booking may be transferred to another date up to 24 hours prior to booking subject to availability.  All booking alterations subject to £20 admin fee per booking.

Damage to rooms is charged for – any furniture, bedding or decor damaged in your room is the responsibility of the principle (the person booking the room and paying the deposit) and damage will be charged for.

Smoking in rooms or in the no-smoking areas is not permitted. There are clearly signed smoking areas. Customers who smoke in their rooms or in no-smoking areas will be asked to leave the premises and be charged an additional cleaning fee of £50.
